2026 Season Information

1. Do not feed outside food to the animals due to health and dietary reasons. Any food items being brought onto the property are subject to inspection. Visitors who feed outside food will be asked to vacate the property.
2. There are no online sales.
3. EVERY visitor must be present for the admission attendant to see them before purchasing entry.
4. No re-entry to the zoo. Once you have entered the zoo on the day of your visit, you cannot leave and re-enter. Please visit our Gift Shop if you need to retrieve an item from your car.
5. Any actions that threaten, endanger, or damage our animals, employees, property, or the enjoyment of another guest will not be tolerated. You will be removed from Elmvale Jungle Zoo without reimbursement.
6. Season Pass holders: If a pass is lost, you must show ID every time, no exceptions. Holders caught breaking any rules may have their membership revoked.
7. There is no restaurant or snack bar on-site.
8. *No PLASRIC BAG* (zip-lock bags, grocery bags, saran wrap, etc.) are allowed into the zoo, as they are hazardous to the animals. Please place your snack or lunch items in reusable containers.
9. We are a nut-free, smoke-free, vape-free, and cannabis-free establishment.
10. Prohibited items include children's scooters, bikes, kids motorized cars, drones, and selfie sticks.
11. Senior and disability organizations, and groups over 20 people, will use the Group Entrance for convenient access. Please email elmvalejunglezoo@gmail.com for group booking information.
12. Guests with Service Dogs: To ensure availability and help plan your visit, we ask that you pre-book with Elmvale Jungle Zoo at least 48 hours prior to your visit by calling 705-322-1112 or emailing elmvalejunglezoo@gmail.com and requesting our Accessibility Plan.
13. Please leave your pets at home and not in your vehicle.

Elmvale Jungle Zoo is weather permitting and may close early or not open due to weather (conditions including continuous rain, thunderstorms, or extreme heat) WITHOUT NOTICE. The zoo does not re-open if the weather improves. Once closed, it will remain closed for the day. Closure notices will be posted on our website homepage and social media outlets. Check your weather app for the Phelpston/Springwater area before visiting.
