Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday

1. We do not allow guests to feed outside food to the animals due to health and dietary reasons. Any bags/coolers being brought onto the property are subject to our inspection. Visitors who feed outside food will be asked to leave.
   
2. There are no online sales.
3. EVERY visitor must be present for the admission attendant to see them before purchasing an entry.
   
4. No re-entry to the zoo. Once you have entered the zoo on the day of your visit, you cannot leave and re-enter. Please visit our Gift Shop if you need to leave under special circumstances.
   
5. Any actions that threaten, endanger or damage to our animals, employees, property, or the enjoyment of another guest will not be tolerated! You will be removed from Elmvale Jungle Zoo without reimbursement.
6. Season Pass holders-if pass is lost you must show I.D every time, no exceptions. Holders caught breaking any rules may have their membership revoked.
7. There is no Restaurant or Snack Bar on-site.
8. *NO PLASTIC BAGS* (zip-lock, grocery bag, saran wrap etc.) are allowed into the zoo, as they are hazardous to the animals. Place your snack/lunch items in reusable containers.
9. We are a nut free, smoke/vape/cannabis free establishment.
10. Prohibited; children's scooters, bikes, kids motorized cars, drones, selfie sticks.
11. Senior and disability organizations will be using the Group Entrance for convenient access, please email elmvalejunglezoo@gmail.com for group booking information.
12. Guests with Service Dogs; To ensure availability and to help plan your visit, we ask that you pre-book with the Elmvale Jungle Zoo with at least a 48-hour notice prior to your visit by calling 705-322-1112 or emailing us at elmvalejunglezoo@gmail.com and ask for our Accessibility Plan.
13. Ensure you leave your pets at home and not in your vehicle.

Elmvale Jungle Zoo is weather permitting and may close early or will not be open due to weather conditions:

(continuous rain/thunderstorms/extreme heat) WITHOUT NOTICE.

The zoo does not re-open if the weather improves. Once closed, it will be closed for the day. Closure will be posted on our website homepage and social media outlets.
